Presenting a paper
Presenters are asked to submit a brief abstract (300 - 400 words) by Monday, 20 February, 2012 trough e-mail. The abstracts will then be evaluated by a Reviewing Committee and presenters will be informed of their acceptance on or before Thursday, 1st March, 2012. Keep in mind the fact that they are strictly prohibited commercial content presentations. If the abstract is accepted, you will be asked to submit your presentation slides according to a format that will be sent to you.
Accepted abstracts, papers and presentations will be published in the proceedings.

Submission guidelines
- Abstracts must be written in English or Portuguese.
- Abstracts should not exceed one a4page
- Each abstract contains full contact and designation details of the speaker
- The abstract has not been presented before
- The abstract and presentation is of a non-commercial nature
- Please note that sales pitches will NOT be considered
